Johanna and Steven Craig know the market - when we inquired into selling our home they were full partners. After doing our own research we suggested a sale price to the Craigs. Understanding the Sammamish market is not as hot as it was a year or three previous we were not expecting to sell our home rapidly. The Craigs recommended a price that was $10-$12K less than our thoughts but backed up their recommendation with data. They suggested the lower price would increase the search result visibility of our home and probably result in competing offers. The result was as outlined by Johanna and Steve. While selling a home is never at the top of my "fun things to do" list, the Steve Craig and Johanna Craig not only made this a smooth and easy process, they provided support in a number of key ways that helped us survive the process. First, our staging and design person helped us begin both the downsizing we needed to do and the prepping for showing. We cleared out and rearranged, with the result that I thought I might like to have David come to our new home to help with art and furniture placement.
